Accent Office Center (AOC)
The Accent Office Center (AOC) came about from the idea of creating the ideal place for modern companies to contemplate and work. In the centre of Frankfurter Ostend, in close proximity to the Osthafen and great market hall, Wegner Immobilien and Harpen AG developed a loft-type, light and airy property together with an exceptionally flexible, sophisticated space concept.
The open-plan rooms with ceiling heights of over three metres not only make it a pleasant place to be, but also to work. The space concept allows for numerous and various designs for single offices through to large office areas ranging from 150–4,000 m2 – the perfect solution for all requirements.
The eye-catching building comprises six building sections in total. The characteristic red brick façade with expansive glass areas is highly visible even at great distances.
Frankfurter Ostend offers the perfect connection to local transport services. Ostendstraße tram stop (S-Bahn) connects the AOC with the extensive tram network. The A661 motorway, right on the doorstep, offers a fast connection to long-distance routes via the A3 and A5.
