The AuerbachCenter is situated close to the A4 motorway and is easy to reach by taking the Eschweiler-West motorway exit. The ground level retail park offers every tenant their own entrance.
Wegner Immobilien developed and realised the new building project in two parts. On the request of the tenant, the Media Markt area was completed earlier than scheduled.
The sloping site made it an extremely demanding project to complete. However, it has allowed for deliveries to be made to the shops in the basement away from customers. There are more parking spaces next to the existing ground level car park.
The property was sold to a well-known family-owned business .
