Mönkhof Karree
Mönkhof Karree is a modern shopping centre in the Lübeck university area, developed by Wegner Immobilien together with the Hahn Group. The multi-tenant property is an attractive point of call in the region due to its mixed tenant structure.
Diverse shopping opportunities, e.g. fashion and technology, and restaurants, extend across the 15,300 sq m ground floor. In front of the main entrance, there are parking spaces at ground level which can be accessed via Alexander-Fleming-Straße. Access to the parking deck is in Paul-Ehrlich-Straße.
The orange-coloured metal composite panels and the single-pitch roof with trapezoidal roof panels characterise the building’s design. Plenty of daylight enters the open-plan interior through the expansive glass façade.
